This place is great. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. The food is super good and super healthy. I really like it here, everybody is great. Setting is great. The location is great. We come here all the time. I highly recommend the beef eater the chicken quinoa and the Reuben.

When I lived in Florida this was the only breakfast/lunch place I really loved. There are no First Watch restaurants in any of my surrounding states now and as soon as I'm near one I can't wait to go back. The service is outstanding at the one in Wesley Chapel. Even though the lines are always out the door, it's well worth waiting to eat there. The last time I went I ordered the Siesta Key Cocktail. But I've had a variety of their menu and have never been let down. Highly suggest First Watch!

One of the only places that you can eat a healthy fresh breakfast, not pay an arm and leg and it tastes amazing! The service is always good, they are always on a wait, but it is well worth it. A must try if your around and hungry!

First Watch Disappointment I have heard such rave reviews about First Watch that I couldn't wait to come in and try it for myself. Many times, I have seen the line down the corner and tons of people waiting to be seated so I expect to have my "socks knocked off." Needless to say, my partner and I tried First Watch and were not impressed. The theme of the restaurant seems to display "healthy" and in deed the meal I tried was healthy, but also flavorless. I ordered the "Greek Omelet" as egg whites only. It seemed that my egg white as artificial egg white, and cooked in some type of formed container. The only real flavor of the entire plate came from the red peppers. I would recommend First Watch for those that want to eat healthy, but are not fond of flavor. I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience.

Just tried First Watch on BBD for the first time. The food and service were outstanding and the place was spotless. I thought the menu was well built with several good choices, it took me a minute to decide. An excellent experience.

The corporate office offered another chance for me to try a new location since my first experience was awful. This locations staff were great and courteous. The food was much better than before since I tried the breakfast burrito. The food was prepared almost too fast which allows me to think and taste that the products are not truly as fresh as I would like... The tortilla overwhelmed the eggs and the sausage was non-existent. It was good, but not a portion that I would go back for. Enjoy.

Just like the downtown location food is good and the service was fast. I've ordered take out on two occasions and the food was prepared very quickly. During the week it doesn't appear to be too crowded. I tried the turkey avocado eggs benedict and wished it was more of a guacamole style than just slices of avocado but overall very good and a big portion.

Great food. Love the Bacado with a side of yogurt. There is usually a wait but not before 11:30 or after 1pm.

Don't go on a Saturday or Sunday morning/early afternoon if you are in a hurry. There will be a wait time. Knowing that going it though will save you and the food is worth it. I have been here several times within the past few weeks and tried something different every time and have not been disappointed yet. I wish I could remember the name of one of the servers...I have had her now three times and she has the best smile, best attitude and is on top of things. You'll know her if you get her!

This is THE PLACE in Wesley Chapel for brunch! We make it a point to come at least one day each weekend. The whole staff is amazing..from Jessica at the front of the house...to Chelsea, Faustina, Amy and Carrie. The food is always on point! Thank you First Watch for always being top notch!!! Thank you also for the "NoWait" app. We check in at home and then drive to the restaurant and have much less wait time! YOU WOULD BE CRAZY NOT TO USE THIS APP!!!

Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl add avocado, is the bomb. Veggie burger, Chicken salad, Power Wrap all very good second choices for me. Consistent, friendly, fast and fresh. If they were open for dinner or 24 hours, I wouldn't get mad at it. I think they need to add coconut milk to their menu so I can enjoy their coffee with my breakfast.

I like the new menu change. I had the Egg Elevated sandwich - over medium - and it was really nice. Service is always quick and attentive. The presentation is cleaner and a good update.

I love this place. The food is so good and there are so many choices. The wait staff are great! I've been here about a dozen times in the past few years. Prices are good. Sometimes it can get super busy in the mornings. That is the only downside I see.

Man what a good cup of coffee. Love that they have the flavored creamers as well as half & half. Today I had the 1/2 turkey sandwich grilled with a small chicken and rice soup. The sandwich was delish, the soup was tasty. Mmmmm BF had the Cajun omelette which he rated 3 1/2 stars. The fresh fruit was good. Service by the hunky waiter that looked like he spent lots of time lifting weights was phenomenal.

Maybe it's the early morning long runs. Maybe it's the not so vegan friendly offerings. Maybe it's the bad coffee and sugary carbs. I haven't quite pinpointed what it is that makes me a breakfast homebody. I'd rather sit in my own kitchen drinking a homemade smoothie and eating fried potatoes and vegan sausage hash than go out to a restaurant. So when my coworkers gave me a gift card to First Watch, I thanked them awkwardly, thinking the whole time about how little they know me and put the gift card in a drawer full of forgotten items. It sat there for months. When a weekend breakfast emergency arose, I remembered the gift card and decided it was as good of a time as any to load up the family and head to First Watch. The first thing I realized when we arrived at the restaurant was that other people don't seem to share my love of being a breakfast homebody. This place was packed. We were put on a waiting list, forty minutes long. First Watch has teamed up with NoWait, a free app that keeps tabs on where you are in line, so I downloaded it and headed over to Don Pan to pick up some toddler snacks. A little less than forty minutes later NoWait informed me that my table was ready so we headed back to be seated. After being seated, our server came to us within moments and took our drink orders. We were given a few minutes to peruse the menu and I was pleased to learn that First Watch isn't just eggs, bagels, pancakes and meat. They also offer some healthy options including quinoa bowls, granola, parfaits and wraps. Traditionalists, fear not, there is a long list of waffles, pancakes, eggs and meats as well. I opted for the power breakfast. This is a bowl that includes a choice of muesli or granola, nuts, raisins and wheat germ. It is then topped with fresh fruit and cinnamon. Normally it is served with yogurt but I asked for that to be removed. Despite removing the yogurt, the bowl packed a tasty punch. I thought the granola was good, not too hard or dry, and it meshed well with the nuts and raisins that accompanied it. The bowl was topped with fresh strawberries (that I could actually taste) and bananas. My wife ordered a waffle with berry compote. She thought the waffle was good, she thought the berry compote was even better. So did my toddler who, once the waffle was finished, opted to eat the rest of the compote with a spoon. Our waitress was super attentive and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Our food came out quickly and accurately. I was quite impressed with the service considering the line of people at the door waiting to get in and the fact that every single seat in the place was taken. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to First Watch. I love that they accommodated my diet without having to depend on sugary carbs. If a breakfast emergency ever arises again, First Watch will definitely be on my short list of places to go. That being said, First Watch hasn't changed my thoughts about being a breakfast homebody. There isn't something on the menu that I think, man, I can't make that at home, let's go to First Watch to get it. For that, three stars is all I can muster.

I love this place it just needs to be three times bigger because there's always a wait and I end up and don't go in because of that reason. But when I do I really enjoy the food

We have been here quite a bit lately. First watch sun club has great coupons going straight to your email box. We can simply just email the coupon back to them every time we visit. It's convenient. How many people have printers to print their coupons now a days. The front people r so nice and welcoming and know us now since we keep coming back. We have a favorite server now that we always ask for. Her name is amanda. She is upbeat, helpful, & works so hard at making sure all is well. Our food is very tasty. Right now I am stuck on the seasonal special harvest hash w mushrooms, zucchini, turkey sausage sweet potatoes w egg on top and hollandaise sauce. Salad on side. If u want toast it's extra. U don't need it. It's tasty and filling enough. Don't forget their new iced coffee. It's great. My husband always gets the Parma hash and is always happy. All is well in our breakfast world in wesley chapel. Wish they had dog friendly seating and a bigger space. Maybe in the future just for us lol.

My girlfriend took me to this place for my birthday and it was perfect. We were greeted immediately once we entered the restaurant and we were also seated right away. Our waiter introduced himself right after we were seated and asked us if we wanted coffee and lastly showed us the seasonal menu. The food came out on time and it was delicious. I would definitely come back to this place due to the the great customer service and the good food.

The food and service were ok. I am giving this one star because they do not have vegan options without a significant up charge with no notice.. I ordered one of the Power Bowls (quinoa based) and asked if they could substitute veggies for the chicken and cheese. "No problem". they said. But when I got the bill, they charged me for two sides of vegetables and gave me no credit for the chicken. The extras were almost half of the basic cost of the bowl. The waitress never advised me of the up charge or asked if it was ok to charge more than the menu price. Aside from this, there are no other vegan options that have protein in the menus since most of their foods contain meat or dairy. I am a little disappointed because they market themselves as a healthy option establishment bi the plates of syrup soaked waffles and pancakes, sausages an bacon with hash brow and toady sides seemed anything but healthy. They do have egg white omelet with a variety of fillings, but most had sour cream or cheese.

Absolutely fantastic. Upon my fantastic server Chelsea's recommendation, I got the elevated egg sandwich and my wife got the classic eggs Benedict. The avocado spread on the sandwich was one of the best things I've ever eaten (not exaggerating here). My wife commented that the tomatoes on her eggs Benedict were so crispy and fresh they seemed to have been picked from a garden earlier that morning. It was an overall fantastic appearance as the service was extraordinary. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was quaint. We will make this our once a week breakfast date place!!!!

I was very excited to come here! I slept over a friends house and first watch was mentioned! At first I thought it was a place for eye glasses..or watches. But we entered at its earlier hours, full of happy morning people! Not what I'm used to but it was definitely something I was glad I woke up for. The hostess sat us in the middle at a roomy table. Our waitress soon greeted us, for beverages we had coffee and iced water. The mason served for water is adorable! The menu was so much to take in! But luckily the vegetarian options were easy to find. My friend ordered plain pancakes, about three of them with syrup and butter. I had the veggie grill which was grilled vegetables on toasted buttery bread, it was absolutely amazing. After the first visit I've been wanting to come back for more! I wanted to explore the menu but I ended up getting the veggie grill again it was just too good.. Next time I look forward to trying new things and bringing new people! It sucks the hours end at 2:30 because my friends and I are quite nocturnal. It would be such a blessing if it were open 24/7! Now I'm craving it.. I'll see them in the morning!

Had the Chicken Pesto Quinoa with kale, shredded carrots, roasted tomatoes, basil pesto sauce and feta crumbles - delicious! Complimented with a glass of Dayglow Juice consisting of carrots, oranges, ginger and lemon not potent and tastes good like juice so not sure how good it actually is for you. Overall, a great tasting power breakfast fro the power menu.

This morning I selected the Belgium waffle. Light and sweet! The berry sauce it comes with is really good. You really don't need syrup. Great customer service and very short wait for the food.

Came here on the most recent trip because Betty and I had to grab a bite before going biking on Labor Day. They were open and it was about a 25 minute wait, which considering the holiday was to be expected. The great thing is that they have complimentary coffee while you wait. Service was friendly and a lot of their food is fresh and organic or all natural (which in all actuality doesn't mean a lot by FDA standards). The OJ is really tasty as is the Acapulco Express which contains Chorizo, avocado, green chilies, onion with melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack, topped with sour cream and served with a side of housemade salsa. Comes with small cubed home fries and a toasted english muffin. My wife has had the benedicts before and the last time they were overcooked she said so I stayed away because I hate overcooked bennys. Overall, just what I am looking for in a fairly healthy non-greasy spoon kind of breakfast.

Great breakfast place. They have delicious options for when you want to go full on fatty and when you are trying to be all healthy. Last visit we were trying to be healthy so we got the power wrap. It's egg whites, mushrooms, and some other veggies wrapped up and served with some yummy salsa and fruit. It was actually pretty good. We also got a Belgian waffle to share (healthy fail). It was delicious and served with a berry topping on the side that was perfect. Friendly service. They also seem to have interesting specials each week.

I've heard many positive comments about First Watch from my friends so decided to try them for breakfast. I couldn't have been more disappointed. I'm more of a traditional breakfast person, eggs, home fries and toast. Didn't see anything on the menu with these choices. They had a traditional breakfast which included a meat choice. I expected the waitress to just place the order a la carte. No, she charged me for the traditional breakfast even though I didn't want any meat. I might have been fine with that if the breakfast was good. The over easy eggs were undercooked, the whites were excessively runny. The home fries were very undercooked, not even browned and the toast was slathered with butter. There was so much butter on the toast it didn't melt. Frankly the toast was gross. I could have gotten a similar breakfast at Waffle House for about $7 and received a properly prepared meal. I was charged more than $12 for a disgusting undercooked meal. I will not return.

Decent breakfast spot to start your day with. I was very impressed the first time I was at First Watch, and it would have been 4 stars if the review was based on that visit alone. But I've been here several times now and I feel like they serve average, well-presented food. The service is decent for how busy they get. I like that they give you a pot of coffee on the table (probably to save a few wave downs for your server). I'll probably be saving myself some $$ and making breakfast at home.

If I could, I'd give no stars. Food is decent but the service is really bad. After waiting for 40 mins for a table, the server took 20 mins to just take our order. She also took those 20 mins to bring milk for my coffee which had gone cold by then. People came after us and were served before us by the same server. Finally when we asked for water, another server brought only one glass for a table of 3. Pathetic service. I live in NYC and despite being a busy place, I've never experienced such a lousy service.

After seeing and passing up this place many times in the past and passing it up, I finally tried it. I had the Trifecta plate (Belgian waffle, eggs (cooked to order), and two sausage links. Our server was courteous and she served us coffee right away. The prices are reasonable and the quality of food wasn't bad! I like how they served blueberry syrup/pieces with the waffle. As much as breakfast places all seem the same, i don't see what this place is is really known for or stresses a fan favorite. Maybe cuz i haven't really tried everything. I'm a fan of hole-in-the-wall breakfast spots, but this place wasn't too bad.

I'm not sure what the hype is all about for this place. I went in for breakfast this morning, and had a very mediocre meal. I give it 3 stars for the restaurant setup and atmosphere, and the awesome waitress. But, truth be told, I could've made a better meal at home for half the price. I got the Cajun omelette, with potatoes, and an English muffin. The omelette sounded spicy, with pepper jack cheese, their house made mushrooms, onions, and Cajun chicken. The chicken itself was the biggest disappointment, as it was very bland, opposite of what Cajun spicy should be. It had maybe a sprinkling of spices on it. The house cooked mushrooms were nothing to write home about. Though tasty, they were just mushrooms, didn't taste any marinade on them. Also got the pancakes, which came out hot and fresh, and tasted pretty good. Overall, I think they really need to spice up their dishes. My mouth was pretty uninspired.

My boys fondly call First Watch "the pancake restaurant" but it's so much more! I love their salads and soup. Creative, fresh and not salty at all - unlike many restaurants. I saw quinoa bowls on the menu (haven't tried them yet) that looked really good as well. Something I haven't seen elsewhere. I've been to this store many times without any major issue. If ever a hiccup, it's due to the sheer volume these folks are trying to juggle.

This was only my second time going to a First Watch and it was amazing! The food was unbelievably delicious, especially for a chain breakfast restaurant. We had Chelsea as our server and she was AMAZING!!!!! I would highly recommend going here for breakfast, lunch or brunch!

I came here for breakfast with a friend yesterday, and we both had a nice meal with friendly staff and fast service. I went for the AB&J waffle on the spring menu, which consisted of a fluffy Belgian waffle with almond butter, strawberry sauce, and fresh strawberries and house granola as garnish. While the waffle was a bit sweet to me, it complimented my black coffee well and the waffle itself was well cooked--fluffy and crisp on the edges. My friend had the Avocado, Bacon, and Tomato Hash with her two eggs sunny side up. Her plate looked delicious, and she seemed to enjoy her meal as well. While the food here is good, I don't think any of it was stand out amazing based on my recent visit and another a couple years ago. The food is also just a little on the pricey side, so I won't be frequenting this place too much, but it is a good place to have a sit-down morning meal to catch up with friends.

Best breakfast and service in the area. Friendly staff! Wait times to be expected because they are so popular. Constantly disappointed because they do not offer vegetarian soup. The menu is great although most items should have a reduced price for those of us who dont eat meat. A la carte much? Or maybe bring in a substitute, Faux options are better than no options. Also soup of the day should go on the blackboard.

My son said: "Let the bass cannon kick it! Wub wub Wub Wub! Search it up! Anyway, love this place!" That about sizes it up for me too. Update: Still the best place for breakfast after church, get there early there is always a line.

I am a huge fan of this First Watch. I actually only wish that it were a little bigger. On most days you can be seated fairly quickly, unless it's the morning rush on the weekend. Very clean place, and you can grab coffee while you wait for your table. Manager and employees are very friendly, and service is great. It doesn't have a lot of that chain restaurant feel to it, and it has a little more character than a Denny's. My favorite part is that there are so many healthy options on the menu. They are great about letting you substitute and add items to salads and omelettes and meals. My kids are always happy to eat here, and it's also great for large group. My team at work has come here on several occasions and sat at the big round table in the front with 10 people. The more the merrier! I don't have a favorite meal, although I do often order their omelettes. Everything I've had has been delicious. I'm a big potato fan, and the homefries are more like Ore Ida or something. They are like mini french fries, bland and not very hashbrowny. And the fruit is always fresh. Love this place.

We were seated quickly, with a pitcher of coffee and a broad selection on the menu. I was visiting some old friends that live nearby and this is one of their favorite breakfast spots. The seating is nice and open. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. Based on the waitress's recommendation I had the frittata with goat cheese. It was nicely flavored, but a little heavy on the cheese. The hashbrowns were bland and not crispy. I am very picky with hashbrowns and would have substituted something if I was paying attention when I placed my order. The coffee was decent and plentiful. The waitress offered to split our check. We didn't split the bill, but I always appreciate it when they ask. For a sweet treat, we split a banana, granola and chocolate chip pancake. It was huge and the three of only ate half, but took the rest to go. This was another great suggestion by our waitress.

Went to First Watch this morning before traveling home and was quite impressed by the food and service. Our waitress was on top of everything and made sure we always had what we needed. I ordered the Acapulco Expressâ„¢omelette. Egg dishes can be made with egg whites at no additional charge which is fantastic! I substituted grits (not mentioned on the menu but definitely worth getting) for the potatoes that come with it. Also, the waitress was very helpful with my gluten allergies. The food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. Side note: Sunday mornings are very busy so arriving around 9:30am is probably a good idea.

The food was delicious as always. I had a server named Chelsea who was fantastic. Extremely nice, friendly, and attentive. Her amazing service definitely added to the atmosphere that keeps me coming back to this First Watch location. Keep up the great work guys!

Great breakfast and brunch place, been around at this location for years now, which says a lot, always busy, especially weekends. Love their different specials, seasonal offerings, like pumpkin pancakes during Thanksgiving, but the favorite to get is key west crepe eggs. The fruit and yogurt crepes are also yummy. Belgium waffles and omelets are very good as well, floridian French toast is a good one to try. Their specialty muffins are delish (lemon poppy seed). Been coming here for years, and will be back soon. Have tried lunch, sandwiches are good, soups aren't bad, but there are better lunch options out there, so sticking with morning meals. 4 stars is for the service, can be lacking sometimes

I enjoy First Watch. I am a very big fan of their fresh fruit crepe. Very tasty and refreshing when you don't want a heavy breakfast. Their menu has great variety to meet whatever you are in the mood for or your needs. The biggest drawback is that there is always a long wait. When they are busy the service can falter too.

Well, just like the First Watch at E Fowler, I was seriously impressed with the service and food we received today for brunch. I quickly scanned the menu and really wanted the Cobb salad. But... I really wanted Baby Spinach instead of lettuce and I really wanted chicken instead of turkey. Waitress response, "no problem!" Awesomeness. A ordered a veggie omelet with less cheese and more veggies and multigrain toast instead of an english muffin, another "no problem!" from the waitress. (and with a smile!) Food was great, service prompt. We will surely be back. Wish they were open after 2:30pm!

Sunday morning my friend and I were sitting around hungry...wanting a real breakfast. She mentioned First Watch, I'd never heard of it, and an hour later we were at First Watch putting in our names in for a table. The place was packed with quite a crowd, but the wait was only about 15 minutes. They have coffee for customers while they wait for a table...pretty awesome. Once we were seated our waitress was quick to grab us some orange juice. It said it was Tropicana, but it tasted pretty fresh. I ordered their special of the day: Crossing the Border (name might be slightly different). An omelette (which I normally detest) with cheese, black beans, sour cream, bell peppers, avocados, cilantro, and a few other ingredients. It was superb, really hit the spot...it tasted similar to The Cheesecake Factory's Huevos Rancheros (minus the sauce and eggs). It came with their First Watch Potatoes, which taste way better than the potatoes at Mimi's Cafe. They were actually edible without ketchup, but it didn't hurt to throw some on as well. The English muffin was fantastic too, didn't need to add anything to it and it was toasted just right. I ordered a bagel as well, which was decent but not my favorite thing that came out with my food. It was actually too much to have and I had to take the leftovers home, but the food still tasted great the next day for breakfast as well. A pretty affordable meal only passing $10 because I ordered orange juice and a bagel. Overall, I was really impressed with the breakfast here. Now I wish there was a First Watch near my house in Brandon.

Love this place! Definitely our default place for breakfast or lunch. Fabulous waffles, pancakes, omelets and more. Never greasy, always fresh and hot. I highly recommend their Monterey Club sandwich for lunch as well. Always a pleasant experience from the moment you step into this clean, comfortable Cafe. A great place to take guests too.

This is a great place to eat breakfast, if you come here on the weekend you want to get here early unless you have time to wait, because every weekend there is always a line or wait time to be seated. This place has a good feeling to it and is very nice and cozy, they people are great and the service is not bad. The food is pretty good but nothing spectacular i feel and this is why they got not such a high rating. The food is good and it depends on what you order really, i just feel that some of their food is very bland. Some americans may not notice this or care unless they are someone who is passionate for food, but yes some of the food is bland and the coffee is just regular american coffee. Though, I usually get an omelet or a skillet here, their pancakes are pretty good, and BIG. One of their best things are the fruit syrup that comes with pancakes, really good. The potatoes that come with omelets and skillet are pretty good too, their sandwiches are decent and I have only tried one of their soups and it was also good but nothing spectacular. Good place to eat breakfast/brunch , a bit pricey and somethings are a bit bland, nonetheless decent place to eat at.

Not a breakfast guy. They have a pecan salad that is good, but their sandwiches just aren't that good and very limited variety.

Not many props to chains in my reviews, but this place, oh. Adorable little First Watch. It's just so cute and perfect for a "wholesome" breakfast or lunch with friends or grandma. Pretty much all their stuff is fresh and sometimes local ingredients. You can't help but feel calm here.

I heard a lot about this place before trying it and it was good but not great. It is decent food for a decent price. Nothing real special. It ha decent portion sizes and the second time we went the service was horrible. It was like they seriously forgot we were there. Like I said, the food is average the service was terrible. I might go again but not in a real hurry.

When someone wants breakfast, I always suggest First Watch. Every time we go, there's a line out the door, and when you eat here, you'll understand why. The food here is just an array of classic breakfast food done right. There's a ton of things to choose from, and interesting specials every week. I, personally, ALWAYS get the pancakes. I've tried every type of pancake they offer, and every single one has left me drooling for more (even though each has about a 10 inch diameter). My fave right now is the carrot cake pancake. Sounds ridiculous, right? I have never had such a creation before First Watch, and now I'm hooked. Prices are reasonable, and despite the constant bustling atmosphere, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I recently realized that they do take out so if you're not down for the wait, call in your order for pick up.

I'm impressed that they do offer more of healthier items on their menu! The prices were about right. It is better than most of the "fast restaurants"! It would be a nice place to bring children.

Yesterday I had a very good smoked salmon scramble that would have been better if it contained more then a tiny drop of cream cheese. Cream cheese was one of the main elements of the dish, but the kitchen was a pretty stingy. That's been my complaint in the past as well. I know that I'm only talking about one dish. In the past I've had great pancakes, and tasty sandwiches. I didn't have the potatoes but from what I saw on other people's plates they're still square but they looked bigger and moist. That's an improvement on potatoes of the paste. I'll continue to go to First Watch.

I love this First Watch! Breakfast and Lunch doesn't get better. Yes the menu is geared to the health conscious but saying that they remove all fats from their food is a straight up lie. I would consider their menu to be California Chic. Lots of dishes have Mexi-Cali influences and you can get avocado on just about everything. Then they have you're all American breakfast for the gourmet. I personally love the Eggs Benedict with Avocado, Sauteed Spinach and a big juicy tomato. I sometimes add smoked turkey if I'm in the mood for meat. This dish is perfect - it's hearty, full of nutritious veggies and still breakfast. So yes, it may not have a slice of thick, greasy ham but their hollindase sauce is fresh and full of butter. My friends who like to eat "in the box" and would usually run away from any place with a "Fresh and Healthy" menu are the ones who introduced me to it! First Watch made believers out of them - I think that is enough to sell people on. They love their "Trifecta" which comes with two eggs, however you want them with a side of deliciously crispy bacon and a huge as-big-as-your-face Belgian waffle. It is a lot of food, all prepared fresh and perfectly at a reasonable price - $7. Finally I have to say - you MUST - MUST - MUST try their side Signature Marinated Salad. It is a bowl of perfectly diced fresh veggies and fruits with a lemon poppy vinaigrette that is out of this world. I am not lying when I tell you I eat the dressing like soup when all my fresh veggies are gone. Also - the icing on the cake - this particular location is actually the best First Watch I've ever been to - so if you're going to do it - do it right.

Solid breakfast fare with terrific omelets, with emphasis on avacodos and other fresh vegies, which I love. Servers average, most of the hostesses lack enthusiasm. I agree with other reviewers that the lunches could use a little more kick. Good enough that we eat there many Sunday mornings BEFORE church. If you go afterwords, there will be a crowd.

I'll make this one short. I was on a business trip to Tampa and was looking for a recommendation from my client where to eat. Up in Wesley Chapel, there is a ton of places to eat but I'd never heard of First Watch and it's a chain that runs from Florida to I think Illinois. The service was fine, seating was quick and the breakfast menu was offering lots of fresh sounding food with local produce(I asked where it came from). I had an omelet and it was one of the best omelets I've had in years. I'm sorry there aren't any First Watches in NJ yet but I haven't found a chain in NJ that compares.

I have never had a bad meal or bad service at this location or at the one near university mall. We were happy when this location opened because it is so close to the house. Great selection but my favorite is the eggs Benedict. Our go to place for breakfast and lunch.

Sorry, but this place just sucks! The only reason I would consider 2 stars is because the service, but the food is terrible. Compared to other local breakfast restaurants it is sub par. I'd rather spend my money on the breakfast menu at McDonalds as I guarantee you their pancakes are better. I'll take the Pepsi challenge and if you do in a blind test McD's will win. The pancakes at First Watch must be pre-made as they somehow break apart and seem stale, gross! As for the fruit, unfortunately they serve it with most meals and you can tell it's been sitting in a fridge overnight as the flavors mesh with each other. Do yourself a favor and go to the Publix around the corner as their fruit is MUCH better! For some reason there is a line out the door at this place, maybe because of the free coffee in the waiting area, but spare yourself of that as well. My coffee maker at work is ten times better and trust me, that stuff is aweful. If you want good service, First Watch is good but you service only takes you so far as the food is just plain aweful. Sorry, but it's the truth!

Definitely a delicious place for breakfast! Great service! Usually busy on the weekend mornings but i've never waited longer than 20 minutes. THe pancakes are heavenly! They are huge and I can't even finish two by myself.

First Watch is breakfast-lunch only diner chain that focuses on healthy fare. The problem is diner food really isn't that outstanding when you remove the butter and other fats. Unless, of course, you figure out alternate ways to prepare and/or season the same foods.. which First Watch does not. It's straight up diner fare that just tastes bland, under-seasoned and frankly, uninspired . The coffee is alright, nothing fantastic, but it does taste like coffee. The prices are decent, the service OK and the atmosphere is what you would expect. It's not terrible, it's just, I don't know, kind of just there. Maybe you can sneak in a spice rack or a stick of butter and all will be well.

Excellent experience. After a short wait - seated and immediately got a fresh pot of coffee and water. Servers were friendly, and fast - food came out less than 5 minutes after ordering, and was cooked to perfection, tasted and looked great. Don't bother with the poorly managed Wolf's Den down the street - First Watch is now our "go-to" breakfast place - Thanks!

Great food. Love the Bacado with a side of yogurt. There is usually a wait but not before 11:30 or after 1pm.

This place is great. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. The food is super good and super healthy. I really like it here, everybody is great. Setting is great. The location is great. We come here all the time. I highly recommend the beef eater the chicken quinoa and the Reuben.

Enjoy.

This place is great. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. The food is super good and super healthy. I really like it here, everybody is great. Setting is great. The location is great. We come here all the time. I highly recommend the beef eater the chicken quinoa and the Reuben.

(5)Karen S.

(3)Kandy P.

(5)Eufemio P.
(5)Vegan C.

(3)Melissa M.
(5)Sam C.
This was only my second time going to a First Watch and it was amazing! The food was unbelievably delicious, especially for a chain breakfast restaurant. We had Chelsea as our server and she was AMAZING!!!!! I would highly recommend going here for breakfast, lunch or brunch!
(5)Alison C.
(3)Milo R.

Love this place! So simple and fresh! Always helpful and pleasant staff:) I never feel over stuffed or sluggish after eating here.

(5)Mark A.

(4)Rachel W.

(5)Stephanie C.
Great food and even better service....I love the fact they have real maple syrup. Great selection any time if day.....yum yum! One of my favorites for breakfast after moving to the area.
(5)Tae J.
Excellent food and great service! I would recommend it!
(4)Camille S.
Always love going here, just wish it wasn't so busy! However, busy means great food!
(5)Mary Cat M.
(5)Patrick D.
(3)Shane C.
Not a breakfast guy. They have a pecan salad that is good, but their sandwiches just aren't that good and very limited variety.
(2)Courtney G.
(5)Mike A.
(3)Rachel S.
(5)Ray C.
I'm impressed that they do offer more of healthier items on their menu! The prices were about right. It is better than most of the "fast restaurants"! It would be a nice place to bring children.
(4)Lainey C.
(4)Bianca R.
(5)Randy K.
(4)Scott N.
(5)Gail L.
I have never had a bad meal or bad service at this location or at the one near university mall. We were happy when this location opened because it is so close to the house. Great selection but my favorite is the eggs Benedict. Our go to place for breakfast and lunch.
(5)Yum E.
(1)Melina M.
Definitely a delicious place for breakfast! Great service! Usually busy on the weekend mornings but i've never waited longer than 20 minutes. THe pancakes are heavenly! They are huge and I can't even finish two by myself.
(5)John H.
(2)Denis T.
Excellent food and service. Highly recommend the sourdough French Toast with side of First Watch Potatoes.
(4)Mark S.
(5)Julio P.
Great food. Love the Bacado with a side of yogurt. There is usually a wait but not before 11:30 or after 1pm.
(5)Martic R.
(4)Lydia W.
(5)Jenice A.
(3)Tim S.
Just tried First Watch on BBD for the first time. The food and service were outstanding and the place was spotless. I thought the menu was well built with several good choices, it took me a minute to decide. An excellent experience.

(5)Rachel M.

(5)Sally R.
Good breakfast :) friendly staff Nice menu and affordable I had a banana granola pancake with 2 eggs and 2 turkey sausage links with bottomless coffee for 11$ total including tax They also have free internet It was a great experience and food was good
(4)Vegan C.

I like the new menu change. I had the Egg Elevated sandwich - over medium - and it was really nice. Service is always quick and attentive. The presentation is cleaner and a good update.

Always great food! Specials all the time... Had the Butternut Squash, Quino, Goat cheese bowl! Unbelievably delicious!

Had a delicious breakfast of pancakes, English muffin, and potatoes followed by the kale tonic. The kale tonic is an awesome drink especially for those folks who juice.

This place is great. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. The food is super good and super healthy. I really like it here, everybody is great. Setting is great. The location is great. We come here all the time. I highly recommend the beef eater the chicken quinoa and the Reuben.

Love this place! So simple and fresh! Always helpful and pleasant staff:) I never feel over stuffed or sluggish after eating here.

This is a great place for breakfast and good service. I was greeted and given a table shortly after I arrived. My server Amanda was outstanding. She suggested items fpr me and engaged me with great converdation. The food was promptly delivered hot and correct. Overall a good environment and great food.Highly recommended

Enjoy.
